About me I'm engaged in teaching and research at Carnegie Mellon University. My expertise is in service management. Most recently I co-authored the Service Strategy book of ITIL v3 along with Michael Nieves of Accenture. Just before that I was a member of the ITIL Advisory Group (IAG) set up by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC), the UK government agency that has ownership of ITIL.
