[edit] Introduction Copied From Mahwah's Site

http://www.mahwahtwp.org/about_mahwah/about.php

introduction appears to be copied from Mahwah's own website... yesterday I had rephrased the surrounding town stuff to be more specific before I knew the information was copied. The preceding unsigned comment was added by 67.80.34.203 (talk • contribs) .

Thanks for the info, I tried to clean this up to remove the copyright violating material. Please let me know if there is any left that I missed. Thanks. --ChrisRuvolo (t) 13:15, 31 January 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Here today, gone to Mahwah

No mention of this local "joke," huh?

  • There was a hair salon in the A&P shopping center on Franklin Turnpike. They had shirts that said "Hair Today - Gone To Mahwah". When I was a kid I thought it was funny. Hugo Zorilla 03:34, 11 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Merge from Hohokus Township

Oppose As described in Hohokus Township, Bergen County, New Jersey (Historical), Mahwah replace Hohokus Township in 1944. Hohokus Township ceased to exist at that point. There's enough to distinguish the two articles and maintain the standard of other defunct municipalities. Alansohn 06:41, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
