There are several foundations named in honour of Gandhi, but this article refers to the one whose president is Sir Richard Attenborough. After searching a bit, I found that the correct foundation is the one named The Gandhi Foundation which has an office in Kingsley Hall Community Centre in East London where Gandhi stayed in 1931.
