This image appears to be a version of the one shown here, which in turn seems have been made at the same shooting session as this one. Image taken 1906 by Moritz Nähr. It's pre-1923 and would thus be PD in the U.S. I do not know the image's copyright status according to Austrian or EU law, if "death of author + 70 (or 80) years" applies, the image would be copyright-protected until 2015 or 2025 (Nähr died in 1945). Hence the "this applies worldwide" phrase might be a bit misleading. In any case, I suggest replacing this image by the larger one given above (which is also better focussed).
