Description This is the best falls even during summer. The falls is so beautiful and serene, you will love it the first time you see it and ever after. It is a good idea to eat after Kalgatgi in a Dhaba. And also pack some food/water etc. It is also a good idea to keep a torch, Knife, Match Box, just in case. Right before you hit Yallapur, you should make a right turn off of Hubli-Karwar Highway.

Stopovers You can drive nonstop. Although its a good idea to halt at many beautiful places. Yallaragadde is a nice little village and the people of this village are so good.

Fuel Stations on the Hubli-Karwar highway. Just before you take the right turn off the highway towards Magod Falls, there is a fuel station. It is 30 km from this fuel station to Magod Falls so its not a big deal.

Tips The best time to be in the Magod Falls is from 9.00am till 5.00pm. If it is a weekday, there are chances that you are the lone visitor. ENJOY even more. You will have the beautiful falls for yourself. - SP
