Magali Messmer (born September 9, 1971 in La Chaux-de-Fonds) is an athlete from Switzerland, who competes in triathlon. Messmer competed at the first Olympic triathlon at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She won the bronze medal with a total time of 2:01:08.83. Her split times were 19:39.38 for the swim, 1:05:40.00 for the cycling, and 0:35:49.45 for the run.
