If you have an image, you can do this: {{[[User 1|white|white|[[Image:insert image here|##px]]}} or {{[[User 1|red|white|[[Image:insert image here|##px]]}}

The "##px" is the picture size you want; you'll have to play with it, but 40-60px usually works best. If you're taking images off Wikimedia, you can copy the "img" title & paste it in "insert image here", just as if it's a pic. Hope this helps.
