[edit] removed

Removed the statement 'One condo unit, with a floor area of 1,400,000 sq ft ({{Convert}} no longer accepts sqm as code. Please use m2 instead. Please refer to {{convert}}'s talk page for the reasoning behind this. Sorry for any inconvenience.), will cost USD$ 4 million.' This looked like a misinterpretation of the reference, which was talking about the impact of the new building on the monthly rents of nearby existing buildings. Anyway, a condo unit is not 1.4M square feet, and if it were, it would definitely not cost or rent for $4M in New York. Willhsmit (talk) 22:20, 17 February 2008 (UTC)
