Wondering how to edit this U.S. County Entry?
The WikiProject U.S. Counties standards might help.

[edit] Source for material

My great-grandfather, Wilbur Theodore Norton, at one time the editor of the Alton Evening Telegraph newspaper, wrote a history book that likely would contain material appropriate for this article and perhaps for the Illinois article as well. I do not have a copy, but surely one can be found. The book is: Centennial History of Madison County, Illinois and Its People 1812 to 1912. Edited and Compiled by W. T. Norton. The Lewis Publishing Company, New York, 1912. Snezzy (talk) 22:09, 24 November 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Gordon Maag, and Judicial Hellhole

I removed the [[]] from these as there is no wiki link to anything inside the encyclopedia. Please remember to check these links once you place them, otherwise they are useless and show up red. Happy Editing, Dustitalk to me 18:19, 18 February 2008 (UTC)
