A B Vajapeyee visited China in 1979 as foreign mininster of India .If he resigned in 1978 was he reinstated later with same portfolio.Shyamsunder 12.31, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Interestingly even after correction the citation is the same . Morarjee Desai tendered resignation of his ministery in July 1979 not in April 1979. And when PM submits resignation of his/her ministry the individual ministers do not have to write thier own resignation letters. It is therefore misrepresentation to say "the resignation in April 1979 of Atal Behari Vajpayee and Lal Krishna Advani, the Foreign and Information Ministers respectively" .Shyamsunder 10.31, 3 October 2006 (UTC)
