Madhyama Kala (Sanskrit मध्यम काल) is the medium tempo or medium gait used in Indian Classical Music traditions (Carnatic Music and Hindustani Music).

It comes between Duritha Kala (fast tempo) and Vilamba Kala (slow tempo).
