Madhya Pradesh High Court

The Madhya Pradesh High Court (Hindi: मध्य प्रदेश उच्च न्यायालय) is the High Court of the state of Madhya Pradesh. It was established on January 2, 1936 under the Government of India Act, 1935; Letters Patent. The Court was established in Nagpur, but after the states were redrawn in 1956, it was moved to Jabalpur. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 42.

The court has two benches; one at Indore and the other at Gwalior.

The current Chief Justice of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh is Hon'ble Justice Shri. A.K. Patnaik.
