Madhepura block is one of the administrative divisions of Madhepura district, Bihar state, India. The block has a population of (2001 census) 149,667. If the population of the township of Madhepura Nagar Panchayat (45,015) is also included, the population of the place is 194,682. The block headquarters are located at a distance of 2 km from the district headquarters, namely, Madhepura.
