Madeleine Kirk

Madeleine Kirk (born 1953) is the Liberal Democrat candidate for the new UK Parliamentary Constituency of York Outer. She has been councillor for the Strensall ward on City of York Council since 2003.
The constituency has a notional majority for the Lib Dems, with the result giving Madeleine Kirk a majority of 1821 (4,5%).
