Made Of Blood And Honey is a mid-price compilation of recordings by French singer Amanda Lear, first released in Germany in 2000. Besides material from albums Uomini Più Uomini, Cadavrexquis, Alter Ego plus "Just A Gigolo" and re-recordings of four of her greatest hits from 1998's Back In Your Arms, this collection also saw the debut of three previously unreleased cover versions, "C'est Si Bon", "Mellow Yellow" (originally recorded by Donovan in 1967) and "They're Coming To Take Me Away, Ha-Haaa!" the 1966 novelty hit by Napoleon XIV.
