MadCat Media Browser is a Internet television/Video Podcast client for Windows developed by Shane Andrusiak
Application uses the VLC media player activeX control for video playback within windows.
Website includes a RSS aggregator to produce m3u channel files based on categories in the channel guide.
Channels can be watched on a TV with an Xbox running Xbox Media Center, using Madcat Python Script.
Software has built in tabbed browser, VLC media player, IRC chat.
Video playback can be controlled with a Xbox 360 Controller, wired or via wireless receiver.
Directories are based on Opml technology. Built in C#
