[edit] Creating
I have just created this article and am in current email exchanges with Mr. Dryden regarding details. As we converse, this article will expand. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 04:05, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- ok. But please don't just mindlessly revert good faith edits. Thank you. --70.109.223.188 (talk) 19:26, 7 March 2008 (UTC)

Please do not make changes to this article unless you are adding sourced content. I created this article yesterday and am in email discussions with Mr. Dryden as we speak. He is right now performing on a cruise ship headed to Brunei and has limited internet access. I also have a request to WP:OTRS about sourcing/citations from the emails. Thank you. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 19:26, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- huh? I am copy editing this article which I have ever right to do while you "work" on it. --70.109.223.188 (talk) 19:28, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- But adding {{who}} tags and such is pointless when I am in the middle of working on the content and adding sources/citations. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 19:28, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- Why not add the sources along with the material instead of the other way round? --70.109.223.188 (talk) 19:31, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- Because my source is Mr Dryden himself, in emails we are sending each other back and forth. You can't hardly "source" an email in an article until they have been submitted to OTRS. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 19:33, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- In order to avoid COI, wouldn't it be better to write this article independent of his imput. Once the article is written he could then comment. If there isn't 3rd party reliable sources for the material, it should not be included. I won't edit any more for now. Thank you --70.109.223.188 (talk) 19:35, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- There's no COI issue here. He's not writing the article, only providing details of his life. I am writing and wording the article. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 19:44, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
- You can't base an article on original research, i.e. what the subject of the bio is telling you privately! You can use Dryden for pointers and for background information but you need to go away and find reliable and verifiable sources for everything and anything that can't be sourced will need to be removed. Sarah 09:31, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- Also, do you have a ticket number? I can't find anything on OTRS regarding this so a ticket number would be really helpful. Thanks. Sarah 09:34, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- No, I don't have an OTRS ticket yet. I have left a message for User:Riana regarding how OTRS works and will await her reply to me. - ✰ALLSTAR✰ echo 09:51, 8 March 2008 (UTC)
- You don't have to wait for Riana. If you have questions about OTRS, you can ask any OTRS worker, myself included. OTRS is really not relevant anyway because this is a local content policy issue. We don't have articles based on OR. Sarah 10:16, 8 March 2008 (UTC)

ehh, ok. Still, there should be independent reliable sources to back up the material in this article. Good luck, --70.109.223.188 (talk) 19:56, 7 March 2008 (UTC)
