Machaonia woodburyana is a species of plant in the Rubiaceae family. It is found in the British Virgin Islands and the U.S. Virgin Islands, although according to Flora of St. John it is endemic to the island of St. John. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland. It is threatened by habitat loss.
