The Macedonian Mafia is a term used to describe illegal gangs and criminal organisations operating in the Republic of Macedonia and within the ethnic Macedonian diaspora.

Not much is known about the Macedonian Mafia, except for their involvement in drug and human trafficking. They are thought to have ties with the Zemun Clan and the Albanian Mafia when concerning the trade of tobacco. Macedonian organised crime in Australia is predominant among youth.[1]

- Metodija Smilenski: Metodija is a wealthy Austrian citizen[2] who is currently in prison for his involvement in organised crime in Austria and the Republic of Macedonia.

Alexandar Verushevski:Son of macedonian biggest spy Verushevski who worked with macedonian spy agency called UBK.Alexander was arrested ,because he was rackeeting one local in Struga.Some years later he was amnester direcly by macedonian president Branko Crvenkovski.
Philip Naumov(aka Junior Jache):The son of Joakim ,who is one of biggest delicvent in Kumanovo.He has organizet little group who have made many street fights in many locals in Kumanovo.
- Jakim Naumov (aka Jache): A lawyer for a criminal organisation operating out of Kumanovo. He is affiliated with Goran Georgievski and is also a lawyer for Metodija Smilenski, a man known by his nickname; The Devil's Advocate.[citation needed]
- Goran Stojkov: A general of the special forces unit "Lions". This man is the unclaimed boss of the Macedonian Mafia and its paramilitary army is very powerful in Southeastern Macedonia (particularly the cities of Strumica and Gevgelija)[citation needed]. He also operates a rescue team which is based at the famous ski-center "Kozuf" on the mountain Kozuf in Gevgelija[citation needed]}.
- Goran Georgievski (aka Mujo) (1969–2005): Former member of the Lions special police force. Georgievski, along with several ethnic Albanian criminals operating in the Republic of Macedonia, are listed on a black list issued by the European Union.[3]
- Nikola Mojsovski (aka Koljo): 2001 Macedonia conflict combatant who was involved in racketeering in Prilep.
- MK-KLAN all patriots deffending their land and brothers whit own blood. Its not familiar who's
boss. Unknown members only from nicknames , they are connected in many criminal activities (drugs , robberies , street fight , murders). Connected all over the Balcan whit people which they cooperate, whit big names from Macedonia and whit Zemunski Klan. Other name for them is Invisibles not much is knowned for them.[citation needed]
