[edit] Summary

This image was supplied to me by Malcolm Mackerras in early 2004 to illustrate his Mackerras Pendulum process of election prediction. (I met him at the Australian Defence Force Academy where he was teaching, and we then had an exchange of emails.) It has previously been published in Wikipedia to illustrate the United States presidential election, 2004 and was deleted soon afterward. The establishment of the Mackerras Pendulum and Mackerras federal election pendulum, 2006 articles highlights why this should remain in the Wikipedia corpus. - Peter Ellis - Talk 19:35, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
