Ma'din

Ma'din Islamic Academy, or Ma'dinu Ssaquafathil Islamiyya, is a charitable institution based in Melmuri, Malappuram, Kerala, India. It operates various facilities such as an orphanage, schools, colleges, and a technical centre. As a Sunni educational institute it is not recognised by the Kerala government.[1]
Ma'din organises an annual prayer meeting which is thought to be largest in Ramadan outside Mecca and Medina,[2] with up to 400,000 people attending.[3]
