Um, it's pretty obvious that you intended to present the security at 30th Street station in an unfavorable light; moreover, the image was not beneficial to the article at all, IMHO. - I understand your concerns regarding the security at 30th Street. However, Wikipedia is not the place to do this. I do recommend that you send these pictures to local news outlets in this area, such as CBS's channel 3, ABC's channel 6, and NBC's channel 10. Even sensationalizing this as they might to create a story, it may get more attention than it would by trying to insert them into an online encyclopedia.
