M1NT The World's First Shareholders Club

M1NT was founded in London in 2004 by Entrepreneur Alistair Paton, who at the age of 25 brought to market an innovative business model for club ownership and membership. M1NT’s business model involves 250 handpicked local shareholders who collectively own the club with a vested interest in its success. Within 3 years M1NT’s business model, which received widespread international acclaim, launched additional clubs in Hong Kong and Cannes.

M1NT’s most recent project in Shanghai was oversubscribed by 200% by investors, and with US$4M raised, M1NT Shanghai is poised to set a new benchmark in the club scene with its international standard restaurant, lounge, rooftop terrace and signature club in September 2008.
