M-92 was the designation of a former state trunkline in the southern part of the U.S. state of Michigan.

[edit] Route description
M-92 started at a junction with US 112 (now US 12) west of Clinton. From there it ran northward through Manchester. South of Chelsea, it intersected I-94/US 12 (now just I-94) before passing through Chelsea. In Chelsea, it intersected the former route of US 12 before the construction of the I-94 freeway south of town. Running northwest of Chelsea, M-92 cut across the northeastern corner of Jackson County before intersection M-106 in Stockbridge. North of town, M-92 ended at M-36.

In the early 1920s, the route originally connected Chelsea in western Washtenaw County with Stockbridge in southeastern Ingham County. It was later extended north a few miles from Stockbridge to connect with M-36. In 1953, M-92 was extended south from Chelsea through Manchester to Clinton near the boundary between Washtenaw and Lenawee County. In 1962, all of M-92 was redesignated as a part of M-52.[4]
