Lyris HQ – Lyris HQ is the only product to give marketers a centralized place from which to manage email marketing, Web analytics, Web content management and PPC campaign management – with one vendor, one bill and one source for customer support. Using the Lyris HQ dashboard interface, clients can schedule and manage email campaigns, coordinate Web content management, oversee and update PPC keyword bidding, access reports analyzing various key performance indicators for all applications and make adjustments as necessary. Other features include a full-functioning calendar to track schedules across all applications, a message board for communicating with team members and a resource center where customers can access videos and whitepapers sharing best practices and tips on how to improve performance and increase ROI.

ListManager – Lyris ListManager helps marketers create, send and track best-practice email campaigns, newsletters and discussion group messages. It is available as software that clients can install and run themselves, and features an open architecture that allows IT departments to easily modify and configure the application. Integrated with Lyris’ ClickTracks Web Analytics, ListManager provides a comprehensive view of customer behavior. It reports how email subscribers interact with a Web site, where they lingered and what they liked – enabling clients to segment their messages to create highly targeted email campaigns. Lyris ListManager also integrates with EmailAdvisor, a powerful email delivery monitor that lets marketers check for and correct potential email deliverability issues before they hit send.

EmailLabs – EmailLabs lets marketers create, send and track email newsletters and campaigns. The hosted platform is offered as part of the Lyris HQ suite of marketing technologies. JupiterResearch ranked EmailLabs the leading email service provider for small-midsize businesses (the findings are included in the 2008 Email Marketing Buyer’s Guide from JupiterResearch, released March 3, 2008). EmailLabs includes real-time reporting, sophisticated segmentation and targeting, among other features. Integration with analytics and content management tools enable marketers to track recipient behavior and target messages accordingly, and easily design email creative and build new HTML messages.

ClickTracks – ClickTracks Web analytics helps marketers instantly understand what’s working on their Web sites by showing them how people get their sites, where they click and where they exit. Seamless integration with Lyris HQ applications lets marketers identify the most profitable keywords, learn what email recipients are doing once they click to the company Web site, track landing page performance and more.

Hot Banana – The Hot Banana Web content management platform lets marketers create, manage, publish and optimize Web sites, landing pages, email creative, intranets, extranets and micro sites – all without going through IT, the webmaster or the design department. Hot Banana topped the poll for Overall Ease of Use in Gilbane’s “Survey on Web Content Management User Experience.” Source: here.

EmailAdvisor – The EmailAdvisor deliverability analytics tool allows marketers to prevent and correct email deliverability issues to make sure their messages arrive and display as designed. Users can uncover inbox delivery rates by ISP, identify and fix problematic email design, analyze content for potential spam problems and more.

BidHero – BidHero is a Web-based PPC campaign management solution that lets marketers set up and manage keyword bidding for multiple search engines and other ad networks through the HQ interface. BidHero helps marketers manage all keywords and campaigns from one place, and maximize their PPC budgets. They manage ad creative and keyword bids from one interface, control runaway bids, pick better keywords, lower cost-per-click and much more. Integration with Lyris’s Web analytics tools means marketers can automatically track each campaign and understand true keyword ROI.

Online Portal for Marketers – On April 15, 2008, Lyris launched www.LyrisHQ.com, an interactive marketing portal whose mission is to share online marketing best practices and knowledge with practitioners around the globe. The site features daily marketing blog posts, content devoted to specific online marketing channels, including email marketing, web analytics and site optimization, and guest editorial from industry leaders.
