Cliff Feightner is CEO of II-Store Marketing LLC, a premier internet marketing company that, through its subsidiary websites, markets a variety of products through high-placement on internet search engines. Prior to founding I-Store, he founded Stingray Consulting, a Project Management and Information Technology consulting business that specialized in delivering project excellence to small businesses in southwest Florida.<o:p></o:p>
Mr. Feightner’s career spans four decades, and outlines a remarkable and uninterrupted career of challenge and achievement. His qualifications include an impressive track record of driving dramatic improvements in revenue, productivity, costs, and competitive advantages, and he has successfully managed budgets over $400 million and led cross-functional teams with as many as 700 globally dispersed personnel. <o:p></o:p>
After successfully leading Goodyear’s 3-year Year 2000 project, Mr. Feightner was tasked by Goodyear’s CIO to help design and form a tactical global E-Business group. This multi-SBU group led the corporation’s activities in all E-Business initiatives, and incorporated this channel into their day-to-day business activities. After two years working primarily domestically, Mr. Feightner was transferred to Heidelberg Germany to lead the European Union’s E-Business activities, mirroring methodology used across the globe but customized to the needs of the 33 country European Union. After a successfully moving roughly 45% of the European sales to the web in three years, Mr. Feightner retired from Goodyear with 38 years of global service. <o:p></o:p>
Previously, during his tenure with Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, he excelled in a wide range of roles, including planning and control manager for supply chain optimization, e-business program manager for Europe, lead program manager, global project manager, and merger manager. He was also Manager of Corporate Engineering Services, where he moved all of Goodyear’s engineering documentation to CAD and digital formats – well over a million files. <o:p></o:p>
His hands-on experience is complemented by a bachelor’s degree in project management, an advanced certificate in project management, a certification as a Certified Computing Professional, and a member of the Project Management Institute. In addition, he has authored many articles, delivered numerous international presentations, and is in the process of writing a book for expatriates on his European assignment. He and his wife of 42 years currently reside in <st1:place w:st="on">Southwest Florida</st1:place>.<o:p></o:p>
