I'm saddened to think that someone who I've admired so much has passed away I think its very poignant that he should've passed away on valentines day xx S Dublin
His talent & the gentle mastery of his craft were truly representative of the UK R&B scene. I was so surprised to hear of the recent death of this gifted young man. Recognised notably by many US R&B greats for his style & delivery, we are grateful for the pigeonholes he did not fit into, & the quiet persistence with which he created a genre of his own.
I am shocked and sadden to read this article. I'm sorry that I missed the chance to hear you perform. I am sure that you've got your spot in God's choir. RIP.

my mum was a fan and she died in 2001 so i know you can now keep her amused by singing to her all day and all night. sweet dreams
