The Luzon Racquet-tail, Palette Momot, or Lorito-momoto Montano (Prioniturus montanus) is a species of parrot in the Psittacidae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
