[edit] Pictures

Are the pictures & panoramas Luna-9 took available anywhere?

[edit] Jan or Feb?

February 66 is given in the article, however I have seen JANUARY elsewhere. Comments anyone? --MacRusgail 20:59, 5 August 2005 (UTC) It was launhed on January 31 1966- Mike N —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 12.171.146.74 (talk) 17:21, August 22, 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Surface image is not NASA

The surface image has a NASA copyright. Obviously, that is not right. Mdrejhon 15:15, 4 April 2006 (UTC)

From a quick Google image search, it looks like NASA re-distributed the pics, or at least put them on the internet.--DiogenesTheHobo 03:49, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

In response to the earlier comment on whether it was January or February: the launch was on January 31, 1966, the lunar landing was on February 3, 1966. My source is the book "Soviet and Russian Lunar Exploration" by Brian Harvey. NelsonLB 04:05, 12 July 2007 (UTC) It was launced on january 31 1966-Mike N
