Luke Mepham is A British teenager who lives in Kent. He is (according to himself) officially regestered as the 48th funniest man in Kent. He is most famous for doing Luke Mepham's Radio Show in 2005 his most famous sections with "Voice of the Youth" Christopher Talbot, frequently talked about activities teenagers (although not himself) perform, such as vandalism and tagging. Luke's most famous quoted line is saying, "Oh God." in a rather flamboyant manner.

He is currently doing Luke & Sam with his comedy partner Sam Frost, much like Derek and Clive, it features unscripted dialogues between the duo on various subjects. These audios can be heard on popular video site YouTube
