Luke Swan (born September 5, 1984 in Fennimore, Wisconsin) is a American football wide receiver for the Kansas City Chiefs in the National Football League[1]. Not selected in the 2008 NFL Draft, Swan was signed as an undrafted free agent out of the University of Wisconsin[2].
