Luke, Kriva Palanka
Luke is a rural mountain village in north eastern Macedonia, on the border with Serbia and Bulgaria.
It is in the borders of Macedonian Municipality Kriva Palanka.
Name Luke is believed to be a German, originating from German word "die Luke" as in this region German tribe Saxons settled in 13 Cent. and they mixed with local Macedonian population.
Luke people are all ethnic Macedonians
