This write-up seems incredibly bent and sensationalist. I'm not sure about how to improve it as I don't know anything about Mr. Tejada, but the tone is definitely *not* that of a disinterested third party. 67.153.170.178 17:04, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

The wikipedist (67.153.170.178) who wrote the note abobe obviously doesn't know anything about Luis García Meza Tejada. In Bolivia everybody know that he was a bloodthirsty kleptocrat criminal - go to Bolivia and ask anybody! The wikipedist is so ignorant about the matter, that he doesn't even know that the former dictator is known as García Meza, not as Mr. Tejada. I think that using the word criminal to call a criminal is indeed neutral point of view, specially if you are talking of people like Hitler or Stalin or García Meza. 201.250.42.254 (talk) 07:14, 17 January 2008 (UTC)
