Luis Roberto García

Luis Roberto García was a Colombian politician, two time Governor of the Department of Cesar. Garcia's first term was by appointment of then President of Colombia, Carlos Lleras Restrepo serving between August 16, 1968 and September 28, of the same year as interim governor of the Department of Cesar in replacement of the first governor Alfonso Lopez Michelsen.[1]

Garcia's second term was from August 14, 1974 to March 13, 1975 and was appointed by then President of Colombia Alfonso Lopez Michelsen.[2]
