Though this image is subject to copyright, I believe its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws in the Wikipedia article Boeing 747-8 and Boeing 747 because:

1. It is a low resolution lossy JPG (RGB) image that has no value except as a screen image in the article.
2. The photo is only being used for informational purposes.
3. Its inclusion in the Boeing 747-8 article adds significantly to the article because it depicts the aircraft in the future livery of the launch customer - Lufthansa.
4. Its inclusion in the Boeing 747 article adds significantly to the article because it depicts the future variant of the aircraft.
5. The image is unique for this purpose and no free alternate image of the same subject matter can be created without similar copyright restrictions because the 747-8 model has yet to be manufactured.
