Formally Ludlow Ave., Ludlow is a street in the area Clifton located in Cincinnati, Ohio. People from all over Cincinnati come to this street; it contains local stores and entertainment. In the afternoon it is the site of much afterschool socializing between teenagers. Into the evening and night it attracts all demographics to its movie theater and restaurants.

The most prominent and successful Ludlow stores would be the small movie theater, The Esquire; local ice cream shop Graeter's Ice Cream; a CVS Pharmacy; an IGA grocery store; a local chili restaurant, Skyline Chili; a local clothing/jewelry store, Pangea; and a coffeeshop, Sitwell's Coffee House.

The Esquire shows alternative films, rather than mainstream films. Some may refer to these as 'artsy' films, although this such observation is never confirmed.
