[edit] Julius Caesar (play)

Julius Caesar (play) links the character Flavius to Flavius Antoninus. Judging by this article, that is probably just incorrect; anyone know for sure? Jfire (talk) 08:42, 5 February 2008 (UTC)

Yep, it's the other Flavius. I may not know my Roman history well but I know Shakespeare. I think that may have been linked per this comment in the AfD: # Strong keep. The full name of this Roman tribune is given in Dio Cassius XLIV.9. If I remember correctly, he appears in Shakespeare's Julius Caesar (play) as well, as the tribune Flavius. - Smerdis of Tlön (talk) 16:10, 4 February 2008 (UTC) Travellingcari (talk) 12:48, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
