[edit] Pronunciation of her name

Lucie Šafářová's name is not pronounced "sa-fah-ROH-vuh". She is Czech, and all Czech words are stressed on the first syllable. Second, the first consonant is "SH" as in "shut", not "s". Her name is pronounced "SHAH-FAHRʒ-oh-vah". The ř can be appromiximated with the English "r" and the "s" in "treasure", IPA "ʒ". -Sladek 23:10, 27 January 2007 (UTC) —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 75.72.176.103 (talk) 17:43, 27 January 2007 (UTC).
