[edit] Town

I added what I knew about this town from my own memory (as a past resident.) I'll get a little bit more info on the dates and names of the past to expand it further. Lucerne Valley is a historically significant town in the High Desert and I'd like to help connect it with articles regarding the last years of the Indian Battles, the 50's and 60's which had the most promise for the town, and the recent development of Rancho Lucerne (if it's taken over successfully.)
