LPC3180

LPC3180 is a 32-bit microcontroller from NXP Semiconductors. It is based on a single ARM926EJ-S processor core operating at up to 208 MHz, and features interfaces for SDRAM, USB 2.0 full-speed, NAND flash, Secure Digital (SD) and I²C.
