Loyce Biira Bwambale

Loyce Biira Bwambale is a member of the Pan-African Parliament from Uganda.
She was previously a teacher, and has also served as Deputy Minister of Gender from 1992 to 1994 and a member of the National Assembly of Uganda from 1996 to 2001.
