[edit] Without Peer?
Does the description "This year-long program is without peer at any academic institution in the nation" fail the peacock terms test? —Noah 04:32, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
The article states that the movie, "The Insider," portrayed Bergman as fighting to get a "potentially libelous" report about big tobacco on the air. The movie never uses the term "libelous" and does not discuss that particular tort. As portrayed in the movie, CBS was worried about being sued for "tortious interferance" with the confidentiality agreement in Wigman's contract. The article should be edited to correct this incorrect statement. Greg 07:59, 23 November 2007
