Lovas and Opatovac in the 1800's and early 1900's. I am curious about the early history of Lovas and Opatovac. Can anyone tell me about when Lovas and Opatovac was settled. During the Mid to late 1800's I know that many Donauschwaben lived in the villages along with Croatians and Hungarians. Many of the Germans left during WW1 and WW2 What was life like back then?
