"Love Today" is the third single released by London-based singer Mika, taken from his album Life in Cartoon Motion.

It was released in the United Kingdom on 16 April 2007 as a digital download, with the official CD release on 23 April 2007 and it has since peaked at number 6.[1]

The single was released in Australia on 23 July 2007,[2] and was used Austereo radio station network advertising.

On December 6, 2007, it was announced that the song won Mika a nomination for Best Dance Recording for the 50th Grammy Awards to be held in Los Angeles in 2008.

This song was #98 on MTV Asia's list of Top 100 Hits of 2007.[3]

Part of this song was also played in the opening of an episode of the show Best Week Ever.

It was also used as the Station ID for Star World, replacing Tata Young's "Come Rain Come Shine".

On the January 9th, 2008 broacast of ABC's Cashmere Mafia, the single served as background music in the opening of the episode.
