Arsenio Sebastião Cabungula or Love [1] (born March 14, 1979) is an Angolan footballer. he has been Angolan top scorer twice in 2004 and 2005. He plays as a forward for 1º de Agosto in his home country and is being linked with a move to Petro Atlético de Luanda for next season. He has won 3 Girabola titles with AS Aviação.
He is a member of the Angola national team and plays regularly, though usually as a substitute. He was in his country's squad for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany.
