Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:
- It illustrates the main subject of the respective article.
- It represents a minimal use, as it is of a reasonably low resolution.
- It has been previously published by the copyright holder, both in physical and digital form.
- Use of the image does not impede the ability of the copyright holder to profit.
- A free alternative is not available, since redrawing a logo is no different than just using the original.
