Louisiana Highway 954 (LA 954) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves East Feliciana Parish. It runs 0.99 miles in a southwest to northeast direction.

From the southwest, LA 954 begins at an intersection with US 61 in the western portion of East Feliciana Parish and heads northeastward. It ends about a mile later an intersection with LA 964.
It is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
