Louisiana Highway 637 (LA 637) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. John the Baptist Parish. It spans 1.49 miles in a south to north direction.

From the south, LA 637 runs from LA 44 (River Road) northward to US 61 (Airline Highway). It serves the town of Reserve.
It is an undivided, two-lane highway for its entire length.
