Louisiana Highway 574-5 (LA 574-5) is a member of the LA 574-x collection of eight very short state highways in Louisiana that serve Jefferson Parish and the town of Grand Isle. LA 574-5 spans 0.31 miles from south to north and is known as Ludwig Lane.

From the south, LA 574-5 begins at an intersection with LA 1. It ends at Medical Avenue just to the north.
LA 574-5 is an undivided, two-lane road for its entire length.
