Louisiana Highway 50 (LA 50) is a state highway in Louisiana that serves St. Charles Parish. It spans 0.85 miles in a south to north direction. It is locally known as Almedia Road.

LA 50 is a connector road that runs from LA 48 (River Road) northward to US 61 (Airline Highway).
LA 50 is an undivided, two lane road for its entire length.
